As an online comment, it's hard to just say "it's unfair to blame immigrants" because the few RICHER immigrants/their corporations can single handedly import capital and crash, say, the property market. The surface, poorer immigrants and poorer citizens, fighting over minimum wage jobs is sth that richer classes don't have to care. Doesn't take a fan of Marx to say this. Immigrant societies typically are also peaceful enough to attract a lot of investment and boost property values.
