Wow, this was brilliant to read. And the tips are really helpful. I can recognise my self in all of those things. And recently I've had some experiences where my coping mechanisms have kicked in, but also I've started making space for actually feeling feelings, and being vulnerable with people close to me. And it has helped the healing process in an amazing way. Thanks for the tips, because they make so much sense but don't come easily. Thank you again 🙏
