Job hunters / head hunters / HR people, is it acceptable in 2024 to NOT include start and end dates on your CV for work experience? Also, is only including the last 3 positions of experience the norm? I have 35+ years experience, but if I only include the last 3 positions, then there would only be 15 years on my CV….🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
