I may get some backlash for this but I'm going to say it. Since I've been on threads I've seen alot of people, including myself actually looking for there significant other. I think God has us in a season where he wants us to focus on him right now. Instead of looking for a wife or a husband I think we should be looking to get closer to God, and when we do he will give us that person. I love you all

It is okay to seek a partner. It’s actually more biblical to look for a spouse than to wait around for God to place them in front of you. Statistically, Christians who don’t try to date are less likely to get married. I’m not trying to criticize, but just trying to remove any shame from the act of seeking a spouse.
