High protein, (women won't need to go above 100g a day) 33% of cals from fat for optimal hormones then the rest mainly fibre rich carbs, don't cut too aggressively by sticking with 20-25% off maintenance (maintenance is roughly 14-15x your bodyweight in lbs) and don't diet for too long (16 weeks max before diet break at new maintenance for two weeks) to allow bodies self defence mechanisms to calm down before repeating another shorter dieting block (the less fat you have the less time dieting)
