I mean, if they raised the tram bridge on City Road and the Montague Street Bridge, trucks could continue down and join the freeway at Wurundjeri Way. Closing the dangerous entrance to West Gate Fwy on Power Street sounds like a win-win for Pedestrians and Placarded Loads alike. I feel like that interchange will need to be optimised for WGT traffic anyway.
