Dude, I have fibromyalgia, tinnitus and hypersensitivity, with PTSD, anxiety, depression and adjustment disorder (all shit people cannot see) but because they can't see it and people like us know how to fake it until we make it, people always just assume we're all good and things don't affect us. What can I say, some people just suck. Haha.
