For my first baby I answered the questions “normally” bc they questioned they asked were so severe, so no one caught on that I was only “mildly” suffering. But for my second baby it was so much worse, bc he was 3 months early and lived in the NICU for 75 days and no one checked up on me. On his first visit to the pediatrician after discharge, the nurse literally said “oh yeah, can you fill this out”. So yeah, I can do it with a broken heart
