Ok TolkienThreads . Now that rop s2 is over and my Lotr excitement is through the roof I might actually give The Silmarillion a try. In English or German?🤔 Is the original language doable for a non native speaker? Also… I might give Lotr another try. I tried reading it like 3 times 20 years ago but I never made it out of the shire (and I call myself a reader!) maybe now’s the time!
