My last year teaching was the worst I’ve experienced in my 20-ish year career. No admin even wanted to look at my data. Gossip reigned supreme and the paras ran the show. I was hurt when they didn’t renew my contract. It took me a while to realize I didn’t need their toxic environment. I was given a stellar letter of recommendation and was never written up. I’m taking a sabbatical this year. 💕😁🌺
