Just want to clarify , thanks so much for the support and recommendations. It’s 6 acres of commercial land on a busy Main Street in a demanding location. but also the offer itself is not the main offensive part but it’s the weeks of negotiation and they verbally agreed to submit something higher and put something lower on paper after informing them sellers would decline anything lower than agreed upon. But yes that is the industry 😭😂
