Nobody's perfect. It's enough to give them decent life without suffering and fulfilling most of their needs (all of the basic and some above and some days 100%). If you have limited time choose non active older dog that loves to nap half of the day so he will be happy even if you work a lot. The most important thing are money. If you can't afford high quality food and vet care that's serious reason to not adopt.
