Beware in Katy. I-10 divides Katy. As well as, 99. It’s now divided in quadrants. I prefer the SW quadrant (77494 zip code). It’s clean. The grass is maintained. You won’t find illegal dumping. It’s safe. I could go on and on. It’s not all rosy, though. There are some things that will make you look at folks sideways.
