This is very thoughtful. As a fellow teacher, I always appreciate any parent’s effort to express support. For me, a heartfelt note and gift cards go much further than mugs and bags. Recently I’ve really appreciated having more volunteers in my school and seeing/hearing/experiencing greater support from parents for teachers at school board meetings and during union contract negotiations.
