Meditate! Make it a routine. It will happen you just need to intentionally set time aside and meditate… it will happen. Light a candle while you meditate and that should help

Mediumship’s a trust muscle that only increases over time w practice and allowing yourself to get it wrong so you need to find a development circle. Also sit in the power - don’t try to go on any airy fairy journey in a meditation sit in stillness until you get to the point of when your about to fall alseep but stay there (don’t fall asleep - you need to be in the theta brain waves) when you are there you may not understand what you see/feel but trust the work is being done behind the scenes
