The main difference between my DSLR and my (new) mirrorless camera is that the DSLR could basically autofocus in the dark and my mirrorless is ... total shit at seeing in the dark. Absolutely struggling to autofocus in extreme low light situations. What gives?! Am I alone in this complaint?! Seems like a major downgrade.... Photographers of Threads

I’m shooting way more keepers with the ML than the DSLR… I guess the question is, which DSLR and which ML are you using?

Lin rl0314	since you said DSLR, I am assuming you are using either Canon or Nikon. in which cases, some DSLR really out preforms mirrorless came out between 2019~2021ish years in the dark. my experiences withD750, Df, and D780 work way better in dark wedding dance floors indoor compare to Z6II. However, newer camera like Zf, it's about same, sometimes better than DSLR. just my experience. and I remember it's totally different technology in two systems guessing mirrorless is still improving.

Sorry it was something you didn't discover until you were then using it in those situation, that's rough!
