I can’t believe I’m a widow. I knew the day would come eventually but you’re never prepared for death. My boy was supposed to be with his grandparents this entire weekend but he called me with tears- he missed his dad and he missed me even tho’ it was a mere 24 hours since I seen him. So I drove an hour away to get him. We went for dinner and he broke down after hearing the birthday song from the table across. I just held his hand. There’s no manual. Just prayer 😭❤️
