I had a cerebral stroke last year, no one told me until 3 weeks ago… i got no treatment advice etc I couldn’t walk unaided my memory mash up etc etc no one diagnosed it! I started my gym journey January, it was so hard but my coach made it all achievable and I felt and look the best ever in my life until i got this news… I still look good for 53 😝 but im emotional, I don’t wanna dead yet.
