Give yourself some simplistic dopamine, go out in the sun and go for a walk. During this, examine where you believe this depression or pain is stemming from. Is it isolation? Lack of connection with friends and family? Negative thoughts about yourself constantly? Let’s start with finding some of the root causes so we can begin to chip away at these. Meantime, do some simple things that bring you joy. Hot shower, loud music, sunshine, friends and family, etc.
