Day 1 fo taking baby steps ✨
Now that these amazing people on threads have pushed me , I took those baby steps ! 💕
Fitness isn't linear, I will fall, but I will always rise.
1. Played Badminton ( this is weekly activity)
2. Water intake - 2ltrs
3. 10k steps ( might go back and forth and want to maintain avg of 5k weekly)
4. Juices when outside
5. Protein and veggie filled homemade food in afternoon.
6. Slipped in the night and ate biryani.😥
