I wrote mine so mindfully and it was so perfect (for me). Then birth came and two years after my only birthplan for second one is "epidural and survival". But in full honesty, I took some additional time in thinking and writing down what are my wishes if anything goes wrong. Not a pleasant think to have, but for me that was more important than anything that was happening if everything is ok.
