Shipping is completely different from processing. Shipping is the service you paid said carrier to ship. Small business owners aren’t delivering your package. Also, small businesses arent robots or Amazon. It’s takes a lot of hands, time, and money to move stuff fast. You don’t know what goes on behind the scenes of a business. Don’t compare yourself to another just because YOU can do that. Give grace or find businesses that meet your expectations of that.
