What I love about German food is that it often isn't ridiculously greasy like mediterranean area food is. Of course German food can also be greasy but imho the more down south in europe you go, the greasier it gets. And I mean, DRIPPING grease. Still funny to see people will only accept other opinions if it correlates with their own view.
