Only you for yourself

There's dis phase talaga na when u feel burnt out u just disconnect from everyone, for peace of mind. Despite isolating, u still hope that someone will reach out to ask if u're okay, to listen to ur rants, to vent out ur feelings. Kaya ako, I always make time to catch up with my friends kasi karamihan sa kanila nagiintay lang din ng makikinig. Mahalaga rin talaga to have your own "home friend" na pag di ka okay, alam nya na agad. Hugs pooo and here's a picture of my cat to make you feel betterr

Tama na ang arte, okay. Tanungin mo sila kung napansin ba nila na deactivated accounts mo? Kung hindi, ikaw ang papansin dito. Hindi umiikot ang mundo nila para sa iyo 'te. May buhay din mga kaibigan mo.

Trust me they noticed. Hindi lang sila gumagawa ng paraan para mag reach out.

no one could talk to someone who doesn't want to be approached and you removed all points of contact to yourself 😂 it's unfair to the people that care about you to make yourself unavailable first and then be disappointed in them because no one tried to reach out to you

You can't be expecting people to always check on you. That's life. Now, if you wanted to have people who would do so, then find a life partner. Friends are expected to be there when you ask them that you need them. They have their own life to deal with. Always put it in your mind that the world doesn't revolve around you.

No one really cares about us and that's the reality we need to accept.

Do you also keep checking on those people you think will care if you deactivate your social media? For me, it’s a two-way street—you can’t expect people to notice if you don’t constantly check on them, too.

Maybe they’re just too busy to notice. Sometimes we think so much of our own that we don’t even care/notice to think what other people are going through.
