So I had a little boy come up behind me today while I was having breakfast with my fiancé at a local diner and he scratched my back for no reason and laughed, I was taken back, my fiancé immediately went up to the boy and let him have it in bisaya, she also told the boy's mom what he had done to me and she apologized for his behavior and didn't even scold the boy. I hope this isn't common in the Philippines. 1/2
