It will always be a part of a journey. You (as any other artist) need to find your own ways to deal with this. From personal perspective of dealing with the same issue i would say dont listen to anyones suggestions, that will just increase frustration when something that supposed to help just doesnt work. it may mislead you for years. Hope you will find your balance. Stay strong and optimistic ) And also - share your wips! Why not?
