🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 我們ProdTech Team終於在今天翻入新篇章🎉 總算宣布我老闆Simon promoted to Head of Tech+UK & Offshore LT 但我工簽還沒申請然後剩下26天畢業簽到期 好刺激🤒 / 這週跟其他PO聊天才知道原來除了選industrial 還劃分product/business or tech route 就像是focus area不同 思考模式看法也就會有衝突 一直以為 ’strategic’ 是由上往下的倒三角 決策者站高處建完策略 下層執行 再細分feature team… 但這裡可以是一個strategic innovation team建完策略 再往上分給各自PO+feature team 每個team都有各自的deliver 上位者基本不參與這些小決策🤯 也就是說 strategy innovation team manager 👉 Product Owner 是position uplift and big jump🤯🤯 But I still see huge gap between product and tech
