Migraines can feel like total overload. Making the room as calm as possible. Dark, cool, and quiet, sometimes helps. I’ll grab an ice pack for the back of my neck, focusing on slow, deep breathing to ease the tension. Peppermint oil on my temples can be soothing too. Instead of fighting the pain, try to ride it out. It’s your body telling you that you need rest, nourishment, and self care. Give yourself space to rest, it’s the best gift right now. Hang in there.
