Has anyone heard of tried sun gazing?
First thing in the morning before you go on any devices you look at the horizon for 15-ish minutes. I also do deep squats, affirmations, prayer to my guardian angels and gratitudes. It sets your circadian rhythm for the day. I’ve been practicing it for the past few months and I FEEL AMAZING. Drop a ☀️if you’ve heard of this? Let me know if you try it 🤍
