Be careful with your food choices now. Make sure you get plenty of protein, drink tons of water, and limit your carb and sugar intake. When you lose it fast, it's hard to keep off. It's a lifestyle now, not a diet. Keep that in mind. Congratulations!!

And I lost nothing on it (I got it for diabetes not dieting) while I lost in the last 3 months 10 kgs by eating right and excercising, and as I was talking with people on it, it took them aprox. the same time to get them lose the same amount weight as me , so I don’t even see the point of taking it. And as I said I’ve got diabetes+ cushing’s+pcos so it really can’t get much harder, because I’m always hungry

My issue is I was 180 and got down to 142 on keto and exercise but I want to lose 20 more pounds 😢 my doctor said it would not be suitable for just the 20

Totally understand if you don’t want to share personal details but if I may ask…did you experience any side effects or symptoms? I’ve been working out and eating well but have been thinking about using one of these meds as well to speed up the results but have some concerns about them.
