My Dad worked in a dairy for 40 years and my mum was a care worker. They had 5 of us, obvs i was the pick of the litter, looks and brains ;-). Things were tight as you can imagine. I dread to think how much more stressful their lives would have been if zero hours contracts existed. I am glad they are being banned. I’ve have never had one and i will never employ people on one.
