We queer creators in every creative industry in China are trying to bypass the censorship to create queer media. One of the most successful animation film franchise in China has a CANON SAPPHIC ENDING, where they had to genderbent one of the sapphic character involved to make it appear as a "straight" romance but the end couple it's two sapphic women back together in their original forms. 1/
