Something I think about a lot: What if the huge surge in adults being diagnosed with ADHD the past four years (including me) is actually a huge surge in post-Covid brain fog?

I'm getting the same challenges I always had but am more aware of them post COVID.

Absolutely no one simply “starts” experiencing adhd symptoms out of nowhere in adulthood. What has been happening is that people are sharing more their experiences and others now are starting to relate to those experiences and seeking help. I had a late diagnosis at 28 but all the symptoms have been there since childhood. I just didn’t know what they were.

Then everyone is taking adderall except for the people who need it (shortage) and it’s not helping them.
