Just had a heated conversation with the fam about whose responsibility is it first to teach ethics to a child, parents or teachers? What's your pov threads fam? (If both are working parents and they have little no time)

parents. i had a 17 yo intern from school at my workplace and i had to teach him how to clean (hotel receptionst work) and all i wanna say (so that i won't get upset again about it) is that i have never been so stressed with dealing with other humans before and i totally understood my english teacher's mood from 15 years ago. she seemed to hate everyone else except a few of us who actually were interested in learning

I think, till the child is 5-6 parents should teach. Then later they’re gonna go to school so it should be 60 percent teachers and 40 percent parents. The child should feel accepted by both elders.
