10 yrs ago this Nov I had a heart attack. I was at the gym and had finished my workout so I was pretty spent. I lived close enough to the gym where I could walk home like I usually did. I got home sat down and I didn’t feel like I was recovering from my workout. I was chilly, but I thought that was from walking home on a cool Nov night. I wasn’t warming up. The wife said “you don’t look very well” (insert your own joke here. ) I’m a guy so I ignored these signs with excuses. 1/1
