You haven’t tried everything until you’ve found an answer 🫶🏻 I was the most overstimulated mom that I’ve met to date 2 years ago. It wasn’t until I finally accepted the fact that there was no path forward unless I started actually TRYING. So that’s exactly what I did. I tried this, and I tried that, I tried them together, and with a third, then I added a micro habit here, and one there. It’s a process to see what works for you, but it’s a damn shame to never know 💛 #overstimulatedmom
