17 小時內	patriciafuschetti	Oh, come on get over it. As an RN I’ve worked lots of 12 hour shifts and 13. When the time changes people usually get paid time and a half for the extra hour. Most hospitals used time cards and the extra hour is reflected on the time card. This is not a big deal. The big deal is the nurse that called in sick leaving a large hole in staffing which impacts on patient care.
