I was at the grocery one time, and I saw an employee stocking veggies in the chiller when he suddenly sneezed without even covering his mouth. He had a cart full of veggies right in front of him and was holding some as he sneezed—not a cover with his arm or even a tilt away. So, just a reminder: always wash your veggies really well!
