I remember in my younger days (early 20s) I used to complain about the UK and how boring it was. I was always outdoorsy but I think I took advantage of living in the Highlands and didn't really appreciate it enough. Fast forward 15ish years and I honestly can't rave about the UK enough. We have SO much! Mountains, coasts, history, forests, wildlife and on and on. I absolutely love a weekend away in the UK and I'm so appreciative of our lovely little country now. Anyone else?
