In the Old Testament, “Gentiles,” were known as tribes that worship other Gods. This was one of the Hebrews definitions of a gentile. Christians are clearly gentiles.

You are correct. Christians are Gentiles, who are unclean to Jews. Because the Jews refused to believe that Christ was the messiah, God then opened up “His chosen people” to the Gentiles
