As someone raised in Texas, it breaks my heart to say I can't wait to leave. I've never felt belonging here, even if it has a special place in my heart. I don't want to live in stealth mode anymore.

Did not take long to hurry my arse away from there too. I understood the assignment. I spent the rest of my adult like collecting paychecks from Houston without having to live or raise a family there.
