My 10yo can only have chicken and turkey. I cook 4 cups rice. While that's cooking I warm up 1 bag of frozen carrots and peas with 6 eggs (including shell) and 1/2 package rotisserie chicken. I add the rice once eggs cooked and that's what my senior pittie eats. He loves it and is doing great.
