Etsy is an interesting place. One of my products is a customised stamp for pressing into toilet rolls for people who clean. I got a refund request because the product did not work as intended. I recreated the order and tested myself and it worked perfectly well. Buyer still not happy so I've decided to issue a refund and asked the customer to dispose of the item because I won't be able to use it again with it being customised.
