Damn, this. I didn't start to orient towards emotional temp around me until the abuse doubled down. I have a ref point for "before trauma", and l know that it isn't common in CPTSD. The before me was very much an AuDHD, only kid, princess who could do no wrong 🙃 and very sheltered from family drama/trauma.
