Technically I’m a Booner being born in 1964. But I feel more like a Gen X Baby Boomer – 1946-1964 Generation X – 1965 - 1980 Turning 60 this year has been a major turning point for me. With losing weight, getting in shape, taking more risks, moving on from a bad situation and just living life to its fullest now. I hope you enjoy my journey as I post them.
