take three 500 mg ibuprofen when you get to work and then take three 500 mg tylenol three hours after you took the ibrupofen. they have no drug interaction and alternating them throughout the day is literally a game changer. i do it with my migraines too!

2 天內	Kain ? emophazed	You are quite literally overdosing yourself and those are very dangerous. The max amount for one dose for Tylenol is 1,300mg and 800mg for Ibuprofen. And that’s for prescription strength. OTC ibuprofen is at a cap of 1,200mg for the entire day.
