Glad you brought this up. You’re absolutely correct, you can’t get a DWI/DUI with a horse. But you can absolutely get arrested for Reckless conduct, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, or possibly animal cruelty, for putting the creature in a public setting while maintaining that horse under the influence.
