I lived for Les Mills Bodypump at home during Covid. Cardio + weights in 45-60 mins. Don’t buy the Les Mills weight set, I found one on Amazon for a fraction of the price (<$100). Get a stepper and risers too and you’ll be good to go! Best of luck on your journey 🏋🏼‍♀️❤️
