Check the @kingarthurbaking website! Their recipes are always well written, they've got blog posts with pictures to help you understand the stages, and nearly everything I've made using their recipes has turned out delicious (including bagels).

I did the same a few winters ago, my favorites are Focaccia and Japanese Milk Bread. Amazing, the different types of bread there are.

Bake with Jake And Chain Baker Are both YouTube channels that will help you learn without all the fancy gadgets. Bagels are much easier than people make them out to be.
