Stiff leg deadlifts, hamstring curls (lying or seated) single leg movements (balance rdls/ single leg hamstring curl): focus on progressive overload, wether it be slowing down the tempo or increasing the weight. One of my favourite burn outs for hamstrings is yoga ball hamstring curls and really slowing down the tempo. Could also do it single legged
